About Choo-Choo Animation Features
Choo-Choo Animation Studio Features is the home of original long-form storytelling for older audiences, focused on cinematic fantasy, gothic, and supernatural worlds.
Our projects are developed novel-first, allowing stories, characters, and themes to unfold with depth, intention, and emotional weight before any screen adaptation begins.
Animation at Features is selective and long-term — created as cinematic adaptations, trailers, or eventual feature projects when a story naturally calls for it. Some worlds may remain solely in book form, while others evolve over time into animated experiences.
This approach allows us to protect narrative quality, preserve authorial voice, and build lasting story worlds without the pressure of fast production cycles.

Our Mission
Bringing Stories to Life — One Chapter at a Time

At Choo-Choo Animation Features, our mission is to create original story worlds through novel-first development, allowing narratives to grow naturally through books before expanding into visual formats.
We believe meaningful stories deserve time — time to build atmosphere, deepen characters, and earn emotional impact. Our novels serve as the foundation of each world, with animation developed thoughtfully over years rather than rushed for immediacy.
When stories are adapted visually, they are approached with a feature-film mindset — cinematic, character-driven, and faithful to the original work.
Not every story is meant to be animated, and not every world needs to move quickly. We prioritize longevity, craft, and storytelling integrity above speed.
